View the Sunset over the Ocean from your deck every night!  This condo has it all--Kingsize bed in master bedroom with sliding glass door to deck so you can see and hear the ocean all night.  En suite bathroom has double sinks, shower and tub, walk-in closet, TV, enclosed WC.  The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishes and silverware, candles--it is even stocked with basics you might want.  We only ask that you replace what you use so that it is ready for our next guests.  You will love eating on the deck, watching the beachcombers, the dolphins and sometimes even whales!  The championship golf course is within the gated resort.  If you are a golfer the course will beckon you as you enter the resort and as you walk to our front door!  If you enjoy tennis or pickleball there are courts available and in season there is a nice group of players to join. The hotels on site offer gyms and spas.  We have yoga mats and weights in the condo..

  • Pet Fee:$ 250 Pet must obtain owners' approval, and be less than 35 lbs.
  • Security Deposit:$ 250 + additional $250 refundable for each 2 week extension

  • No events allowed
  • No smoking allowed
  • Maximum overnight guests: 5 (sleeps up to 4 adults) We only have beds for 4.
  • Minimum age to rent: 25
  • Pets allowed: 1 dog less than 35lbs Require: refundable deposit of $100/week of stay.
